MAIN CHARACTERISTICS: 01. The whole set system has reasonable and beautifuldesign, stable operation, high efficiency, energysaving and low steam consumption. 02. Large concentration ratio with falling film evaporation, which can make the materials of larger viscosityeasily flow and evaporate and shortens the concentrating time. 03. The special design can make modifications of effects easily to realize production of various products. 04. Low evaporation temperature, some twice steam can be inhaled into the shell side of single-effectevaporator through spray type hot pressure pump.The heat quantity can be fully used. The heating ofmaterials is warm, so it is applicable for concentration of heat sensitive materials. 05. Materials inletting on top of evaporator. After compelled film placement for several times, materialswill distribute evenly in film pipes of evaporator, which greatly improves heat transfer coefficient andevaporating rate, in order to prevent the occurrenceof "dry walls" 06. Gases and liquids of materials are separated onbottom of evaporator, then come into separator.The effect of separating is greatly improved, and itis flexible to operate. 07. The large-sized equipment has vertical structure,quite compact, and occupies little area, and the layout is simple and fluent, all of which are the developing tendency of large-sized whole set evaporating equipments. 08. Continuous materials inlet and outlet, and the mater-ials can reach the needed concentration in theequipment in one time. 09. The two technical procedures such as sterilizationand concentration are completed in one time. Theperiod of being heated of materials is very short,therefore, it is applicable for cenentration of heatsensitive materials. 10. The CIP cleaning pipes are provided inside the equipment. Therefore, cleaning in place can be realized. The whole equipment is easy to operate, without any dead corners for cleaning. 11. The condenser of special structure is adopted, andit can work normally in the cooling water with temperature of 30, or even higher. 12. Drive control is completed by control cabinet, andautomatic control system can be installed according to customer requirements. 13. The special pumps developed for concentration areadopted, and they have perfect performance in air proof, and are highly reliable, stable in performance.Therefore, little maintenance work is needed. 14. The equipment can work continuously.
